Reebok have updated almost all of their products to fit in with a new, classic colour scheme including Sky Blue, Champagne and Black rather than the older Blue and Pink scheme. This has effected fitness gloves, gym balls, mats, resistance tubes and handweights.
The Step including DVD has been discontinued and two different sized steps have replaced this popular item offering you the choice depending what sort of workout you are after . These are now on the web along with some new products such as kettle bells in half kilo increments.

I tried this Taebo Basic workout video last night, shown to me by my friends. Take a look, if not only for a laugh! I know it is a 90s video so it’s not the best quality.
I have to say, I thought my friends were joking when they showed it to me, but it’s a good cardio workout, and I found it quite fun – that’s what exercise should be about right?
