If you’re taking part in the Race For Life for Cancer Research this year then you have probably started your training by now. If you’re like me and this is the 1st year you’re doing it and you’re not really an experienced runner then you’re probably finding it quite difficult, i know I am, the worst thing is getting myself motivated! But when I think of the great cause I’m raising money for it helps me get up and put my trainers on! When I first started, I kitted myself out with a few new running bits from Simply Sweat, this really helped make me get enthused about running, and let’s face if, even if I don’t run the best, I know I look the part in my new gear!
These are the bits I bought, and I must say they have been great!
